  • Can you use your Android phone? Yes, you can use it on Android, as long as you have a PDF annotator app such as Xodo or Metamoji.

  • What free apps can you use? You can use Zoomnotes lite, however GoodNotes and Notability is recommended.

  • What you will need to use the digital planner and journal? You will need an iPad or tablet with an app such as GoodNotes, Notability or Xodo, Metamoji, Zoomnotes.

  • Can you import other schedules? Digital planners are much like paper planners, but done digitally. These can't be synced through Google or iCal at the moment.

  • What can you sync with the GoodNotes App? You can save to icloud and it will sync between devices.

  • Can you get this planner and journal on a desktop? Yes, if you can get the GoodNotes app or an app such as Xodo on your desktop.

  • What application do you use to access the digital products? You can use GoodNotes or Notability if you are using iOS or Xodo and Metamoji if you are using Android.

  • Can the digital products work offline? Yes, it can be used offline.

  • Is it compatible iPad Pro? Yes, it is.

  • Does this replicate to an iPhone? If you use the GoodNotes app, you can sync between devices once you save IT on icloud.

  • Are these only for iPad devices or can I use on Samsung tablets? Yes, you can use this on your Samsung tablet as long as you have the Xodo and/or Metamoji app.

  • What if you don't have a stylus? You can use an apple pen if you have a compatible iPad, there's also some cheaper alternatives on Amazon which have great reviews, just make sure it's compatible with your iPad.

  • What technology does GoodNotes work with? GoodNotes is now available on Apple/Mac.

  • What do I need to get started? You will need to download a PDF editor app from the apps store, we highly recommend GoodNotes which is around $7 (no monthly subscription) and Notability. There are other apps available such as Xodo, Metamoji and Zoomnotes. If you are using an Android/windows device, you will need to use an app such as Xodo as GoodNotes isn't yet available on Android.

  • Do the journal/planners sync with Google calendar or ical? No, our journal/planners are a replacement for Paper planning and they do not sync.

  • Can I reuse the journal/planners? Digital journal/planner can be used over again.

  • Are the pages hyperlinked? Yes, our planner have tabs, you can click on them and the links will take you to the correct page.

  • Can I type in my journal and planner? Yes, you have the option to use a stylus and handwrite or you can simply type into the planner.

  • If you have a phone now, but get a tablet in the future, could you link it to that and be able to check it with your phone while away from your tablet? As long as you have the same program and using the same log in details.

  • Where can you find support and tutorials for the Apps? You can go to YouTube, there are many amazing tutorials.

  • Will this work on my iphone only? Yes, it'll be challenging to write things using your finger on your iPhone, but it does work. There's also a text box feature in the PDF app instead of handwriting things. You can use it on your iPhone primarily as read only option to see your calendar. You can fill in the journal/planner but it is more tedious with the small screen.

  • Does the GoodNotes app work without wifi? Yes, it does, it just won't sync across devices without wifi.

  • Do you need to buy GoodNotes on both your iPhone and iPad or is it a one time purchase? It's a one time purchase just like any other app. If you have issues downloading directly to the planner, You can download it from the iPad or download to computer first and then you can email it to yourself or airdrop. For ex: if you have GoodNotes on your iPad, GoodNotes will automatically be downloaded on your phone as well, log in using your iTunes account, and it should sync on both devices.

  • How secure is your online shop? Your data is encrypted with ssl technology and we never see your credit card number. It is all processed via our merchant without your information being exposed.

  • Can I sync between my iPad and iPhone? Yes, with GoodNotes you can turn on iCloud sync, which will allow you to use the planner on both your iPad and iPhone. In order to sync with iCloud both devices must be using the same Apple ID.

  • Does it sync with Google Calendar? At this time , no it is a digital replacement for paper planning. They're PDFs you can import through an annotator, then you can "write" on them digitally as if you would on a paper planner. Can I import/export to other calendars with GoodNotes? You can print, backup and share the journal/planner to other iOS devices using the GoodNotes iCloud sync function.

  • Can you color in GoodNotes? Yes

  • Can you convert handwriting to text with iPad and the Apple pencil? Yes

  • How to convert handwriting to text in GoodNotes? 1. Lasso the handwritten word and tap on it once. 2. Use lasso and turn handwriting on from the drop-down menu. 3. Select Convert, located towards the center of the menu bar. 4. Select the share button on the upper right hand corner and copy the text.
